Warranty Period: Up to 12 Years Total Care Warranty

What We Will Do
We guarantee the quality and installation standard of our floor heating products and they are free of defects for the period of warranty. Our warranty covers faults in the products due to manufacturing defects and improper installation due to us. After our inspection, defective products will be replaced or repaired with equivalent goods and installed back to the site under free of charge.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to products subject to misuse, neglect, vandalism, fire, lightning, water damage, alteration, improper installation or incorrect floor construction or use of incorrect materials, or such other act or omission not attributable to CAS Systems (HK) Limited. And not to products subject to unauthorized modification or alternation – either directly or indirectly – by unauthorized installer, the end user or a third party.
What You Will Need To Do For Obtain Warranty Service
In the event of the warranty being invoked, warranty claim may be made by contact and present the Purchase Invoice with Testing and Commissioning Report to us, and we will guide you through the process.
